Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund and cancellation terms work:

1. Booking Confirmation – 

A booking is confirmed once the client pays the initial advance (typically 40%). This amount secures your date and team allocation.

2. Cancellation by Client – 

  • 7+ days before the event: 50% of the advance is refundable.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: Advance is non-refundable.

  • Same-day or no-show cancellations: 100% of the advance is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling – 

Clients can request a reschedule up to 5 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur a fee for the first change.

4. Cancellation by SR Photography – 

In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency, equipment failure, weather restrictions), we will:

  • Offer a full refund

  • Or arrange a trusted professional replacement team

5. Refund Method – 

All refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days.
