Welcome to SR Photography Wedding Moments! By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment or confirming your event.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• A minimum 40% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• The balance 50% is due on the shoot/event day, and 10% on delivery of final content.

• Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

• No booking is considered confirmed without advance payment.

2. Service Scope

• Services provided include photography, videography, editing, and media delivery as per selected packages.

• Any changes in the original scope (team size, locations, shoot days) may impact pricing.

• Travel, stay, and meals for the team (for outstation shoots) must be arranged by the client or billed separately.

3. Content Delivery

• Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 15–25 working days after the event.

• Urgent delivery or fast-track edits may be charged additionally and must be discussed in advance.

• Final deliverables will be shared via Dropbox or pen drive (as mentioned in the package).

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must inform in advance about event schedules, rituals, or special moments to be captured.

• Cooperation for couple shoots, lighting setups, and planned segments is essential for best results.

• Clients must provide access and permissions at all venues for our crew and equipment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the shoot are eligible for 50% refund of the advance.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot will forfeit the full advance.

• One reschedule is allowed without charge if made at least 5 days in advance, subject to date availability.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright

• SR Photography Wedding Moments retains the rights to use photographs and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio, etc.).

• If you wish to keep your shoot private, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

• Clients have personal usage rights to all delivered media.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take utmost care, we are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• In the rare event we are unable to attend your event due to emergency, a full refund or professional substitute will be provided.

8. Amendments

SR Photography Wedding Moments reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
