We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund and cancellation terms work:
A booking is confirmed once the client pays the initial advance (typically 40%). This amount secures your date and team allocation.
7+ days before the event: 50% of the advance is refundable.
Less than 7 days before the event: Advance is non-refundable.
Same-day or no-show cancellations: 100% of the advance is non-refundable.
Clients can request a reschedule up to 5 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur a fee for the first change.
In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency, equipment failure, weather restrictions), we will:
Offer a full refund
Or arrange a trusted professional replacement team
All refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days.
